[pct-l] Moving Hikers

 Little known fact is that Washington State is full of people from back east 
with their forestry degrees who came out west and never returned. Few hikers 
move from Washington to the East because the hiking is better, but many 
Easterners come here to stay and hike. Reason, west as more free space, 
better trails , scenery and last but not least MOUNTAINS. Not those foothills 
that are called mountains.
