Hi, it's the guy writing his Anthropology thesis on wilderness retreat again.  I
realized that there is a serious gap in my data.  On the trail last season I did not
ask many folks what occupations they would be leaving behind.  If anyone would care
to reveal what jobs or other social situations they are leaving behind, and how they
are dealing with it, I would be grateful.  Best of luck to the class of 2000,
