[pct-l] Bean pasta



I was in the local A+P last night and found something in the pasta section
that might be of interest. It's a bean based pasta (from soy, I assume)
from Patadini (sp?). I didn't write down all the dietary info, and actually
forgot to look at the cooking time, but it carries more protien than steak.
Can't tell you what it tastes like either, but it could be worth a closer
look. . .
