[pct-l] Mail drop list and vegetarian diet

I hiked the trail last year on an vegetarian diet with no problem.  I
have no experience with vegan.  We made up food boxes in South Lake Tahoe
and Ashland.  Both have a great selection of health food.  We
particularly like the Taste Adventure brand.

Here is a list of where we stayed and resupplied.  We usually carried
2,3, or 4 days food except once we carried 5 days and once 6 days.
