Yes, the PCTA toll-free number (1-800-PC-TRAIL) should have the latest info 
on snow conditions. Be aware, though, PCTA gets their up-to-date info from 
hikers like you when you reach a telephone. You and other hikers should 
report trail conditions in a timely manner. The hikers behind you may be 
depending on that information.
