[pct-l] Mt. Saint Helens closing Vistor Center

 St. Helens vistor Center is indefinitely closed at Silver Lake, also 
information stations on the east side of the MT. at Woods Creek and Pine 
Creek. Reason is total revenue was down from 2.3 million in 1998 to 1.7 
million in 1999. Of course the roads were open way later than normal last 
year so people COULDN"T use the mountain as normal. Fees were 8.00 to enter 
and 15.00 for a climbing permit. U.S. forest service says climbing permits 
will be largely scaled back this year. Thanks so much Forest Service!!!!!!
