[pct-l] Kamp Anza for resupply

Hey all
I was just wondering if its possible to use Kamp Anza for resupply?  Do they
accept packages or do they just have a few hiker items on hand?
One more easy question...
What would be the latest anyone should start a PCT Thru-hike?  Just
wondering...I'm still on for the 7-8th.
