While on the subject of watches - the Swiss Army watch has held up very
very well for me. This is an analog watch (hands, not digital). Its only
feature is the day of the month. I like the simplicity. I have found that
the little rotating ring gizmos to tell elapsed time tend to jam up. And I
much prefer analog watches over digital. 

The SA watch cost me $85 about three years ago. This one happens to gain
about a second every three days. I am as enamoured of it as I am of the
Swiss Army knife.
