If your mail program includes a copy of the post you are replying to:

PLEASE EDIT THE OLD POST down to the bare minimum. A long post that is 
mostly copies of older posts is called a "barf-back." I have been reading 
LOTs of Barf-backs lately. At traffic increases this poses greater problems.

Everyone on the list reads the same stuff. We remember what was written: We 
don't want to have to scroll through the same junk again.

This is the second notice. Violators may be temporarily unsubscribed (just 
to get their attention).
