You only have to eat 5 of them in 2 hours!
Of course each one is about two inches thick and 12 inches in diameter. He
can only make one serving at a time as it takes up the entire grill. They
are good though.
Remember that the hike outta town is about a 3,000 foot climb! With a
freshly resupplied pack and a gut full of pancake batter it's a challenge.
Not to mention the fact that most hikers don't make it past the bar on the
edge of town! ;^)
Yeap, hiking the PCT is all mental! ;^)
