[pct-l] Sleeping Bag liners

I am involved in boy and girl scouts and with the kids we recommend
buying a inexpensive bag around $100 in about the 20 - 40 degree F
range. Then when we snow camp we make a liner from polarfleece which in
my experience drops the bag to 0 to 10 degree F range.  The fleece can
sometimes be found at sewing stores during clearances for surprisingly
low per yard prices.

If the kids start getting serious about backpacking then they can start
investing in high dollar equipment.
