What about fuel? No I'm not talking about stove fuel - but about fuel for
that human engine. What could be more important but is rarely talked about
compared to gear? I have been trying out quick trail meals during lunch hour
instead of eating fast food or going to a restaurant. The bonus is better
nutrition and less calories.
Something I am finding is that a type of rice called Basmati Rice is
lighter, tastes better than 7 minute rice, and weighs less. Anyone else have
any good but simple food suggestions. Please forget the cake recipes, etc.
In reality nobody feels like anything exotic after a good day of walking.
