OTOH .... Should you buy a winch for your RV?  If you don't, you might get 
into a situation where you'll need it.  But if you do, you'll CERTAINLY get 
into a situation where you'll need it.  Gotta be careful out there, with or 
without trekking poles.  Just a gentle reminder.
