That doesn't account for storms yet that haven't even happened.  In last 
years planning (starting date) my mail ahead, ice ax, gear  etc.  I was 
prudent enough to wait until the last possible moment.  I think it much too 
early to call and any potential 2000 hikers should take noticed and be 
prepared to wait it out til all the weather facts are in.
