[pct-l] Re: pct-l-digest V1 #990

I wanted to reply to Strider's comment that permits were not required in the 
Sierras after September. I certainly havent seen this to be so. While trail 
quotas are discontinued, permits are still required as far as I know. 
Admittedly, I spend most of my time in Yosemite, so perhaps thats why my 
understanding is skewed. Correct me if I am wrong.
