[pct-l] Snow Pack in Sierras

 This year's first snow check is now complete ( Sierra's have only have 24% 
normal snowfall for this time of year.)  Seventh lowest of all-time 
measurement since totals were being taken. Great for early starters next 
season, bad for crops and city water needs.
