[pct-l] Angeles NF Stove ban is only trail 130 miles

Some of these posts make it out like "stoves are prohibited on the
PCT," and that simply is not true.

There are only two sections that are in Angeles NF, one about 50
miles, an another of about 80 miles. Which for me is only going to be
3 nights, if I time it right.

And both of these are in areas where it is likely to be quite warm,
and you won't miss the hot food much.
