[pct-l] Rain Gear or Plastic Rain coat

I'll only be carrying a rain jacket, and I'm not sure I'll actually wear it
while walking because I sweat too much to stay dry anyway. So it's possible
to get away with a plastic raincoat, poncho or full rain gear. It all
depends on personal preference and style.
