[pct-l] Bear canister available

An overseas hiker recently posted that he or she was looking for a bear
canister here without having to bring it on the plane.

I had committed my BearVault 500 (the big one) to someone who has now left
the trail, so mine is available to borrow this season.  I can send it to
you at your desired point on the trail, and I will let you know how to
return it to me once you are done.
