[pct-l] Black Mountain Alternate

Could you describe the Black Mountain alternate?I haven't seen a description of that, but it sounds like a good backup plan.

All succeeded crossing Fuller Ridge, while I chose the least challenging route, Black Mountain alternate. Some snow. Mostly easy and very safe.
