[pct-l] Trekking Poles

I'm using Leki CorkLite poles. They have cork handles. I've always heard
that the foam deteriorates faster, especially if you have some stray deet
or other chemicals on your hands.

I chose aluminum. Aluminum under stress may bend and be repaired easier
than carbon fiber which may semi-shatter.

I'm having snow baskets shipped to Kennedy Meadows. I think there are
twistys.

Flip-lock adjustable, though they may be heavier seem to be more reliable,
in my opinion. No data to back it up.

Leki.

I have not bought the black diamond poles.

Also, adjustable for me since I'm using a ZPacks shelter that uses a
trekking pole.
