i had a little problem ,I sent the pack back to them to see what they could do to fix it.. they said they could fix it,, but i needed it soon so they said they would send me a new 3400 Winderrider wow was i shocked and their gear is good they built the pack ,,+++ Becket and the team backed there gear 100 % Thank you very much Hyperlite...
