[pct-l] Wave guesstimate

I just went from 138 to 58.  Seems we were in front of the main pack.  We 
encountered about 8 NOBO's and no SOBO's.  There were only about that many 
at Hiker Town the night we were there and some of those stayed more nights 
there.
