[pct-l] PCT past

We looked at maps!  Water sources were on the maps.  Also, many of the water 
tanks that were put there by the forest service and fire departments for 
fighting fires are no longer maintained.  They do it more "efficiently" now 
by using helicopters to a pond, etc.  Hmm.  Is it really more efficient, or 
does it just cost more?
