The 70 acre (28 hectare), Blankenship fire has caused a rerouting of the Pct. The trail will be closed on the south end at Suiattle Pass, at the junction of the PCT # 2000 and Hart/Lyman Trail # 1256 and on the north end at Five Mile Camp, near the junction of the PCT # 2000 and the West Fork of Agnes Creek Trail # 1272.
