[pct-l] Powerhouse Fire Closure

I was doing some resource on the Powerhouse Fire and I found the latests
Forest Service closure notice.

What I found interesting is that they have made the closure smaller and it
looks as if you can get back on the PCT from the dirt road Forest Rte
7N23.  IF this is true it would cut almost 8 miles off of the road walk.

Can others check me on this?
