[pct-l] Merrell Moab ventilator

I wore Merrell Moab mids last year and agree they are poor at protecting the front half of feet from rocks. I ended up cutting half inserts from a 2L soda bottle, poked vent holes, and taped them to the front bottoms of Enduro inserts. The back of the inserts already have plastic shells. Didn't have a problem with rocks after that.

Maybe it's how I hike but the tread lost its "grip" after about 400 miles.
