[pct-l] One or two months hiking the PCT

What might be confusing here is that Harts Pass is one of the few places in Washington that is actually above normal. Just about everywhere else in the Cascades is well below normal. I regularly drive over the passes here and it is  all bare where it would normally be under several feet of snow. So, you are both correct:-)
