That might be the best advice ever posted here!

Since I hiked it in winter, California Section E is one of my favorite spots on the PCT. It is peaceful, quiet, no herd to deal with, real solitude. Tyler Horse Canyon is on my top 5 favorite camp sites list. Hiking it in thruhiker season, though, must be pretty horrible.
