[pct-l] Halfmile maps for phone

There is a link in the right sidebar of halfmile's pctmap.net website called "Mobile PDF" 
Click it, pick the map you want, and when it opens in safari, touch the screen and the option to open in iBooks should appear. You now have it saved to your phone.
