[pct-l] Fw: New Freeze Dried Meal Buckets! SALE

I know it's cheaper to make your own than to buy the prepackaged stuff. I'm
diabetic, so I can't have all the carbs in the forms of rice and pasta and
potatoes, but I can use brown rice, brown pasta and whole wheat flours. I
have found that if I precook the rice or pasta, then I can dehydrate it and
it will reconstitute very quickly. I also can't have the sugars, so I can
substitute my own sweeteners...I've used Splenda, powdered honey (which
doesn't seem to run up my blood sugar) and a new product that I have to
order on line called Erythritol. Puritan's Pride has that for the best
price. I love the asian stores for all the indian, chinese, thai foods.
