[pct-l] Mosquitoes in Washington

In 2009 I suffered terrible mosquitoes in Oregon throughout July. I met south bound hikers who said they, too, had experienced horrible mosquitoes through July as they went through Washington. We met end of July and we all seemed hopeful they were on the wane. I did have fewer mosquitoes through Washington in August but they were almost always present. At least they weren't as rabid, insane and on crack as the ones in Oregon. They seemed not to come out with as much force in the rain so there was one thing to like about the rain.
