[pct-l] Burney Falls State Park - USPS or UPS

Yep, the people at that store are definitely not hiker-friendly.  Picking
up a box is not easy, either.  Last time I was there they said my box
wasn't there.  I knew it was, because I had the tracking number.  I stated
"the sides of my box are covered with bright pink paper with my name
printed on the pink paper."  They looked a second time. . . . and they
found it.
