[pct-l] Pct sign at hwy 23

My wife and I just complete an equestrian ride to hwy 23 and it can be a little confusing. The trail crosses 23 approximately one mile before the trail head parking area. There is a sign on 23 but your party needs to go north of the trail crossing to a large sign directing them to the trail head parking. The trail continues off road just over a mile to the trail head parking area.
