[pct-l] "PCTHYOH" app downloading Halfmile's maps

Howdy,

Just posted the Android version update and will submit the iOS update tomorrow.

Android:
- updated for the 2014 Halfmile maps
- caches Halfmile apps in downloads so you can manage them yourself
- fixed a bug where I was caching the 404 not found page (oops)
- updated the info page

iOS:
- updated for the 2014 Halfmile maps
- push notifications so you find out about closures and detours ASAP
- lots of usability upgrades
- personal bookmarks so you can add your own pages to cache

I hope to roll most of the iOS features into the android version before hiking season starts.
