[pct-l] PCT Section B Questions

The dirt road you are describing sounds like the road some of the  
hikers used to get around the Apache Peak fire closure in 2008. They  
said that they were taking a dirt road to the west of the highway. I  
believe there was private property on either side, but the road  
itself was okay to travel.
