There was apparently a temporary interruption of service between PCT-L and
Hotmail.com last night, where PCT-L tried to send email to Hotmail.com
addresses but they "bounced", that is, they came back as undeliverable for
whatever reason.  If that happens frequently enough, the listserv software
suspends your subscription and you have to reenable it by clicking on the
link in the notification email that you apparently got.  That will fix your
subscription and everything will be back to normal.

I had to do it too.
