I have no idea what's *actually* going on at Scissors Crossing but with ~50
thrus per day in that area right now, I wouldn't be surprised that together
they could leave behind a little over one trashbag of junk per day.  People
like to get rid of their trash at water caches, and if some people are
bringing refreshments down from Julian, yeah, that could definitely happen.
