[pct-l] parking near southern terminus

 Trevor, My first thought of parking the car is to drop off your aunt and your gear at the TH, drive the car back up the road to a suitable spot around the juvenile detention camp area and walk back to the TH, which is only about a mile.

hello everyone!

my aunt is shuttling me to the southern terminus to start my thru next friday 
april 11th.

she's hoping to hike out w/ me and join me for a night then head back. 

what is it like down there? where's the closest place to park for the night? any 
ideas for our situation?

she's had a big hand in helping me plan my hike and it would mean a lot to 
her/us to kick it off this way.

would appreciate any info/ideas. thanks!
