[pct-l] Hiking shoes & Inserts

I second the observation that the original inserts in these shoes seem to
break down very quickly. I've been using the same trail runners for the
last year and while putting an average of 25 miles a week on them have
really started to notice the change compared to when I first got them. So,
definitely something to think about!
