There are still a lot of trail closures in San Jacinito including  quite a 
bit of the PCT mainly in the south.
 
Here's a link to the Idylwild Ranger station. Currenty there seems to be a  
bit of confusion about what is  open and what is not. The southern section  
of the PCT really got burned up though.
