[pct-l] Please trim Recipient List: Was at the "edge"

When more than a couple of names get added to the recipient list,
Mailman stars flagging posts for moderation as suspected spam.

If you don't want your message to the list delayed, please only reply
only  to the list address, instead of "replying to all"
