[pct-l] HWY 20 and Harts Pass

The road to Harts Pass was reopened late Friday afternoon though it is a bit rough. There is a major trail angel operation there on many but not all days - two E-Z ups, a wood stove, water, drinks, food.

Big rains again brought rock and mudslides along the HWY 20 and Harts Pass area. The highway is closed for the weekend and so is the Harts Pass road, which is too bad, since I was going up there to do some trail angel fun this weekend. Maybe next weekend. Not sure about further damage to the trail north.
