[pct-l] Section E closure Mile 478 to 518

Hello All,

Section E, Mile 478 to 518 seem to be still closed since the Powerhouse 
Fire a few month ago. I want to hike this section soon and was planning 
on detouring via the California Aqueduct, but I noticed on pctwater.com 
that others hiked this section fairly recently. Has the PCT been 
reopened again and the website is still showing old information?
