I make my own homemade "gatoraid" powder
Packet of Kool-Aid (or store brand flavoring)
1/4 tsp of Lite Salt (sodium & potassium)
1/8 tsp of magnesium powder
sweetener to taste (for me about 1/2 what they recommend, I mix cane sugar
and sucralose or stevia)
