[pct-l] Rain pants, rain kilt, wind pants, or nothing for the Sierra?

I carry lightweight microfiber wind pants, mostly for warmth in the
evening/morning and more importantly, mosquitoes.

I'm in shorts when it is raining, so I don't care if my legs get wet.
