[pct-l] Trekking Poles

I have been using my Komperdell carbon trekking poles for over 6 years  
now. I originally used a pair of non-carbon Komperdell poles which I  
loved, but these carbon ones are just SO lightweight...important for  
my chronic shoulder issues. I purchased them through the Sierra  
Trading Post catalog (also online) and I have seen them off and on.  
They are women-specific poles. I would definitely purchase these  
again. (BTW...I'm  5'9" and thin, and they fit me beautifully.)
