[pct-l] When will the Oregon/WA sections be hikeable?

Hey All,

I've been out hiking in Southern California and the weather has been pretty
miserable on my body. Does anybody know when the Oregon/ WA sections become
hikeable- no snow skills necessary? The PCT is great, but enjoying it would
be even better.

Another option would be- is anybody planning on going from Southern
California to Kennedy Meadows anytime soon? Pitch in on gas money.
