I'd suggest that no resupply package is needed at all in Belden, given that Chester is an easy 
2 days away and the grocery selection at Belden Town Resort (as of last summer) was/is
generally suitable to supplement whatever still sits in your food bag from Sierra City......
Unless you have other reasons to go to Quincy. Or carry a little bit extra from Sierra City.
