[pct-l] section hiking oregon and washington

My girlfriend is planning to do Ashland-Manning Park starting July 1. I
would like to join her for several sections including crater lake, sisters
wilderness, timberline lodge to cascade locks, goat rocks wilderness, and
the last 100 miles or so before the border. If anyone has experience
section hiking these area, suggestions on how to "get in and get out" would
be welcome. I have a car and live in Portand, Oregon.
